Rough Grading

Rough grading is the process of setting the grade for proper drainage away from your foundation and making sure your yard drains accordingly, as well. Our laser technology and our equipment allows us to set your grade at the exact location it needs to be.

Finish Grading

Finish grading is like putting the icing on a cake. It is the final shaping of your yard and will be the bed for your sod or your grass seed. Sometimes during finish grading we have to add topsoil to raise low spots. Topsoil is a great addition to a yard before installing sod or seeding. The topsoil supplies the nutrients that grass needs to grow. It is a great addition to any yard.
